QUANTUM CE 73CM HALF RIBBED GRIDDLE. With its powerful 2 x 2kW element and generously sized mild steel cooking plate, this Quantum CE ® countertop griddle is a fantastic solution for creating delicious breakfasts and dinners in the professional kitchen. Half the cooking area is ribbed and the other half is flat. Simple to use, this griddle features dual dial temperature controls which accurately regulates the temperature between 50-300°C - perfect for all sorts of foods.

Allowing for one side to be turned off when not in use. The built-in drip tray and stainless steel construction also make the griddle easy to clean and maintain, even during a busy service. Dimensions 225(H) x 730(W) x 465(D)mm. Simple dial temperature controls on each side.

Easy-clean smooth hard steel griddle plate. Side splash guards reduces mess and cleaning times. Fitted overheat stats for extra protection. Temperature Range 50°C to 300°C.
