A unique oak slab table, this table has been cut from the heart of a fallen oak tree. The table top is waney or live edged, this would have been the shape of the original tree. The table top has been seasoned then sanded back to reveal the timbers beauty. Any cracks or holes in the timber have been filled with a blue resin which gives a great contrast against the grain of the timber.

We have made one of our'a la mode' bases to fit perfectly with the top, hand made from brushed stainless steel. This table will fit four people along each side and one person on each end, totalling 10. The top is approximately 80cm wide by 3 metres long.

This table will make a great centrepiece to your kitchen or dining room. The table pictured is the one you will receive, we can source other size slabs and incorporate different style bases if you would prefer.
